Two-Handled Cup with Lid

c. 1761-1766
Workshop of Samuel Walker (Irish (Dublin), active from 1752, died 1769)
This cup is inset with a modified copy of the Great Seal of England used during the reign of George II (ruled 1727–60). It may have been made for John Bowes, lord chancellor of Ireland.
