Curators of the exhibition Boom: Art and Design of the 1940s highlight specific objects that offer a deeper understanding of this tumultuous period and the outstanding creativity that shaped the era. Featuring Elisabeth Agro, the Nancy M. McNeil Curator of Modern and Contemporary Craft and Decorative Arts; Dilys Blum, Jack M. and Annette Y. Friedland Senior Curator of Costume and Textiles; Amanda Bock, Lynne and Harold Honickman Assistant Curator of Photographs; and Jessica T. Smith, Director of Curatorial Affairs.
