Discovering the Impressionists: Paul Durand-Ruel and the New Painting Opening Gala

Saturday, June 20, 2015
6:00 - 11:00 p.m.

Paid tickets required

The Women’s Committee of the Philadelphia Museum of Art invites you to this fundraiser celebrating a momentous exhibition, featuring works by world-famous painters, such as Cassatt, Cézanne, Degas, Manet, Monet, Pissarro, Renoir, Sisley, and others. This spectacular evening—featuring live entertainment and festive summer fare—is inspired by Paul Durand-Ruel, the international art dealer who “discovered Impressionism” and catapulted their careers. Join us as we journey around the world to the places where Durand-Ruel found great international success and be there as we toast the American debut of Discovering the Impressionists.

Tickets available in April. For general inquiries, call 215-684-7750 or email .
