Bank of America
Bank of America believes that the arts are a powerful tool to help economies thrive, to help individuals connect with each other and across cultures, and to educate and enrich societies. Bank of America generously supported the repair and restoration of Diana, an iconic sculpture that has overlooked the Great Stair Hall since 1932. Their support of special exhibitions, most recently as National Sponsor of Paint the Revolution: Mexican Modernism, 1910–1950 and past sponsorship of projects such as Late Renoir, helps to bring history and culture to life. The museum is one of many participating institutions in Bank of America’s Museums on Us program, which enables hundreds of Bank of American cardholders to visit our galleries and participate in community and public programming with complimentary general admission during the first weekend of every month.
PECO invests in organizations that support education, the environment, arts and culture, and neighborhood development programs, which demonstrate a proven track record in addressing key community needs. Energy for Arts & Culture programs make the arts more accessible to a wider audience and showcase the wide variety of performing and visual arts organizations in the greater Philadelphia region. The museum’s recent projects supported by PECO include: Paint the Revolution: Mexican Modernism, 1910–1950, Represent: 200 Years of African American Art, and together with the Exelon Foundation, PECO was presenting sponsor of the Philadelphia presentation of Treasures from Korea: Arts and Culture of the Joseon Dynasty, 1392-1910.
