Joaquín Sunyer y Miró (Spanish, 1875–1956)
Sunyer was a Catalan painter and printmaker who had a studio in Montmartre from 1894 to 1911. When Picasso settled in Paris in 1904 he moved into the same studio building as his compatriot, and soon after began to make his own prints.
