The caption for this magazine cartoon reveals the natural error of a passenger unfamiliar with the etiquette of sharing a room aboard ship. The angry complaint, "Blast it, sir, what are you doing with my toothbrush?" draws the reply, "Ah, kindly excuse me. I thought it belonged to the ship."
