Yi Cheong Seung (Korean in Japan, dates unknown) Manufactured and decorated by Nakashima Riokei (Japanese)
At the Centennial Exposition in Philadelphia in 1876, award judges commended the Nakashima display "for excellent potting, decoration, and general high character." This piece was purchased directly from Nakashima for the Museum after the close of the exhibition.
