Manifestations of Shiva is an exhibition of 129 sculptures and 64 paintings installed in the Special Exhibitions Gallery. The Philadelphia Museum of Art has published a catalogue, a book, Ways to Shiva by Joseph M. Dye, and an exhibition guide by Eva Ray. Princeton University Press has published a book, The Presence of Siva, by Stella Kramrisch. The film Manifestations of Shiva, produced by The Asia Society, Inc. for the Philadelphia Museum of Art, is supported by grants from the Atlantic Richfield Foundation and the Indo-US Subcommission on Education and Culture.
