Hands-On Activities

Sensory-Friendly Morning

This program is designed for families with children on the autism spectrum or who have other sensory sensitivities. Experience select galleries open before public hours and engage in activities and art-making for all ages and developmental levels.

Things to Know
  • Multiple low-sensory zones available for quiet breaks.
  • Fidgets and noise-canceling headphones can be borrowed upon request.
  • On-hand support from occupational therapy student volunteers from Jefferson University.
  • Registered families will be emailed a pre-visit Social Story and further information.
  • Registration ends at noon the day before the program.
