Opening Reception for El Anatsui’s Site-Specific Commission

Thursday, October 10,
6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. EST

Trustees, Associates, the Chairman's Council, Corporate Donors, and the creative community are invited to toast the opening of the Williams Forum commission with acclaimed Ghanaian artist El Anatsui.

Building on his pioneering sculptural forms that transform materials often discarded, El Anatsui has created a dynamic cluster of silhouettes that will float in the center of the space, appearing to shift in density and shape when viewed from different vantage points.

Join us for an evening with El Anatsui as we celebrate the opening of his site-specific installation designed for the Williams Forum.
