Explore mindful movement inspired by Ellsworth Kelly’s minimalist art. Abby Donnenfeld of Kun-Yang Lin/Dancers will lead a CHI Dance session. CHI Dance is modeled after KYL/D’s signature CHI Awareness Practice, which focuses on developing the relationship of the moving body to breath, awareness, and mindfulness.
Through CHI Dance, participants will experience movement infused with elements found in tai chi, yoga, and chi gong. This class is designed for beginners, with both seated and standing movement adaptations. Participants will be welcomed to move, meditate, and express themselves amongst other participants.
Please wear comfortable clothing.
