Holiday Wine, Cheese & Charcuterie Pairing

Enjoy a tasting of our favorite cheeses and cured meats, and learn how to create the perfect appetizer board for the holidays. Tasting plates accompanied by tasting sheets to record your favorites and Meet the Maker stories about local creameries.

  • The Cheese Experience: 3 local cheeses, Merzbacher’s bread crisps, winter spiced nuts & house-made cranberry chutney
  • The Charcuterie Experience: 2 cured meats, house-made country pâté, Merzbacher’s bread crisps, cranberry Pommery mustard & house-made pickled vegetables
  • The Indecision: 2 cheeses, 2 meats, Merzbacher’s bread crisps, winter spiced nuts, cranberry Pommery mustard, fig chutney & house-made pickles
  • The Vintage: Add a wine flight ($15 per person). Your choice of 3 wines paired for your dining experience (one glass of wine per person included in base ticket price)
