Candlelight Carols with the Pennsylvania Girlchoir

Enjoy holiday harmonies from the Pennsylvania Girlchoir’s Motet Choir. The choir will sing well-known and beloved carols old and new, including Gaudete, Carol of the Bells, and Il Est Né, as well as selections from the treble choir classic A Ceremony of Carols by Benjamin Britten and the ethereal Stars by Latvian composer Ēriks Ešenvalds.

Things to Know:
  • Performances at 6:30pm & 7:30pm
  • Each performance is approx. 30 minutes long
  • We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to find a seat

About Pennsylvania Girlchoir:

Pennsylvania Girlchoir empowers children to develop their unique voices as individuals and as musicians. Led by Dr. Elizabeth C. Parker, singers ages 7-18 perform the finest choral repertoire reflecting diverse musical traditions and cultures. Pennsylvania Girlchoir is part of the Commonwealth Youthchoirs, a non-denominational 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, which currently serves 600 people in three distinct programs: Find Your Instrument, Keystone State Boychoir, and Pennsylvania Girlchoir.
