Payment Terms:

  • Within the U.S.: Initial orders must be prepaid by credit card and shipped FedEx. Subsequent orders are net-30-days pending credit approval.
  • Overseas and Canada: A pro forma invoice is sent prior to shipment of orders and must be returned with payment.
  • Late payments can lead to termination of net-30-days.
  • Accounts innactive over one year will be closed. A reopened account is subject to new account terms.
  • Please be sure to mail or fax your tax-exempt or resale certificate to the address above. Net-30-days cannot be approved without this information.

SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGE:

  • Within the U.S.: Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. (Please specify any special instructions.) You may substitute UPS, or specify "other" shipping method if you wish to use your own account.
  • Overseas and Canada: Orders are shipped via UPS International, U.S.P.S., or you may specify a freight forwarder by contacting us at .

Return/Claims:

  • All merchandise is sold on a non-returnable basis; the only exceptions are damaged or defective merchandise.
  • Please contact the External Sales department within 7 days of delivery for return authorization and instructions.
