Events and ActivitiesYou may register for programs that take place at Mount Pleasant and Cedar Grove in person at the Philadelphia Museum of Art’s Visitor Services desks. Or to register by phone, call 215-235-7469. A nonrefundable service charge for each space reserved is added to all phone orders (members $2.50, nonmembers $3.50). There is no service charge for reservations made in the Museum.

Discover the stories behind how some colonial families chose a side during the American Revolution with a visit to historic houses Cedar Grove, Woodford, and Laurel Hill.Trolley departs from and returns to the West Entrance of the Philadelphia Museum of Art. These historic sites are not wheelchair accessible.
The city’s traveling pop-up beer garden visits East Fairmount Park. Enjoy lawn games, artisan demonstrations, and brief tours inside Mount Pleasant, an architectural masterpiece. Although the house closes at 8:00 p.m., the beer garden will stay open until 10:00 p.m. (weather permitting).
