Friday Nights

Kick-start your weekend with Friday Nights at the Museum. Live music and gallery access until 8:45 p.m. as well as cocktails and tapas-style dishes by Starr Catering. Final Fridays are louder, livelier, and looser with themed performances and activities.

With different musical acts each week and a new theme every month, there’s a surprise waiting for you every Friday Night.

Museum Guides Every Friday Night
Have burning questions about the collection? Guides will be in the galleries to share stories about your favorite works. And on Final Fridays, learn from the “wrong” experts during Detours, unconventional gallery tours for the adventurous.

This quintet plays a jazz fusion of Indo-Arabic roots music that explores classical traditions from India to Egypt and Greece. Master vocalist Priya Darshini moves fluidly between Hebrew, Hindi, and Aramaic, backed by oud, violin, accordion, hammered dulcimer, percussion, and upright bass.
