Visiting an exhibition in person is a much richer experience than visiting online. Leave a comment to share your thoughts and impressions with others about Rembrandt and the Face of Jesus.

I want to know if Rembrandt signed his work. Could not see signatures. The exhibit was great but the commentary could have gone a LOT deeper. What was Amsterdam like? More bio info on the artist and his family. He did not go to Italy---thanks for telling us that but did he go anywhere outside Holland to look at art? Liked the video on etching etc. Thanks for that clarification. Wish the 100 guilder prints had been displayed right next to each other. May write a review online.

A human, contemplative side of Christ, having to wrestle w/ whom He is/was and the tremendous, daunting task before Him: rectifying a sinful, selfish world with the loving, forgiving world of His Father. A truly inspiring exhibition. Sincere thanks.

Honestly I thought that the paintings were really good and that the faces of just actually expressed his emotions.

I liked the faces of jesus and the hundred guilders painting. I would like a copy of the very last painting in the gallery.

I think all of the paintings were so beautiful. But the 100 guildings painting was the best.

too crowded, and waited in line 30 minutes to get in, even with timed tickets.
