The Newson chair is definitely the piece I would add to the collection. It is an elegant combination of simple materials and process to create a beautiful and functional form.

My first choice is the Wood Chair. I am torn because that blue chair has a fun and funky air about it.

The Showtime chair is so whimsical and fun with an almost 'Alice in Wonderland' feel to it. I think it would make a fantastic addition to the museums collection!

Newsom's Wood Chair is graceful, simple, and elegant. Please add it to the collection.

I'm going to vote for the Newson Wood Chair. To me, it's a work of art in both aesthetic design and engineering.

I vote for the wood chair. Saw the voting via Twitter...would be nice if the results were posted the same way. Thanks!

When I attended the exhibition, I was under the impression that all the items in the exhibition were available for recommendation. In that case, I would nominate the Gehry plywood chair. Failing that, from the four pieces shown on the web site, I nominate the wooden chair..but none of these pieces are among my favorites.

The WOOD CHAIR would be a welcome addition to PMA's Collab. The fluidity of line is beautiful and sensual.

The Wood Chair is my favorite!

The Wood Chair gets my vote!

The Dakar chair == it's the only one of the four that pushes beyond the typical conceptions of what belongs in the ID collection. The chair is (finally) a non-Euro centric conception of what "good design" ought to be. The West African manufacture and nod to African art is refreshing.

I think the Wood Chair designed by Marc Newton should be added to the collection. The fluid lines are beautiful!

Hooded chair all the way!

Although the Madame Dakar chair is nice to look at (in a high tech kind of way) and looks like it's made to withstand the greatest use, there's a simple, yet functionally strong, design element going on with the Newson Wood chair. My personal tastes for functin and beauty impel me to vote for the wood chair.
