In-Gallery Tech Demos: Sprint to the Finish

This year we asked hackers to build an app that helps visitors discover works of art in the collection. See what they’ve cooked up over the past two months and cast your vote for the People’s Choice Award.

Our Teen Ambassador Group takes over the arms and armor galleries. Grab a flashlight and explore medieval suits and shields in a new way.


Hackathon Awards Presentation

Judges announce the winners of the Grand Prize and People’s Choice Award—complete with a fat check and confetti cannons.
